JDK 10 reached General Availability on 20 March 2018. Production-ready binaries under the GPL are available from Oracle; binaries from other vendors will follow shortly.

If you are looking for lot code changes then this not the course for you , because java10 there not much code changes. pretty much all of them Hotspot and JVM efficient changes.
