Customer relationship management (CRM) is a technology for managing all your company’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. The goal is to improve business relationships. A CRM system helps companies stay connected to customers, streamline processes and improve profitability. Zoho CRM acts as a single repository to bring your sales, marketing and customer support activities together and streamline your process, policy and people in one platform.
This course is divided into four modules. In the first module, we will learn about CRM and different editions of Zoho CRM. And we will also learn how to set up profiles.
Then in the second module, we will learn how to create, edit leads and how to add notes to the lead. We will also learn how to create activity, how to attach links and files and how to sort and filter things out.
Then in the next module, we will learn about converting leads into contacts and accounts, we will also learn about cloning records and creating a contact from scratch and also how to delete and restore records.
Finally, in the last module, we will learn about creating deals, we will also learn how to create records and how to search fast.
